Custom Cookies

Sugar Cookies are so versatile and are perfect for every party. Here are a few that I have done recently for some parties.

These were for a recent graduate headed off to Michigan, they were done in both sugar and a mexican chocolate sugar cookie.

For my daughters 2nd birthday I made these as favors for the guests

Cake Pops

Cake pops have been a must have for every party this year. There are so many combinations to play with. For St patricks day this year I did a Thin Mint cake pop, what a hit!

Recently I was asked to make some cake pops for a NBC executives party at Gypsy Bar. It was a cocktail party so to go with the theme I did a Lemon Drop and Pink Champagne Cake Pop. YUM!

Lemon Drop

 Pink Champagne

What a fun way to share all your favorite flavors with your friends than with these cake pops. For a recent Bar Mitzvah the client chose four different flavors

Red Velvet

Cookies and Cream

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Cake pops don't have to come on a stick either. For a fun gift & treat I made these for Easter

Retirement Party-- Choo Choo!

My father devoted 40+ years to Amtrak. When he retired he deserved a huge party and that is what he got! Since he has a sweet tooth just like his daughter I decided to make him something special

Weddings

When my best friend and cousin asked me to make her wedding cake I was overcome with emotions. Not only was I overjoyed to do this for her but overwhelmed with making my first wedding cake for 200 people. She decided that she didn't want to do a cake cutting so I came up with an idea to tackle this situation which worked wonderfully!

Although Lexi was looking for a teared wedding cake, we decided to make
7 sheet cakes that would be cut behind the scenes.

The beginning of her cake. Since we decided on sheet cakes, this was
her display cake. I wrapped styrofoam blocked in fondant, no one knew the difference.

Of course the services of Sue Chessia Floral design were put to use to decorate the cake
